During her master's studies she was engaged in the assessment of environmental impacts of implementation of selected emission reduction technologies beyond the best available techniques (BAT) at solid fuel sources.

She has long been involved in research in the field of recycled materials in the construction industry, including the evaluation of their environmental impact. Lea graduated from the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, but then decided to broaden her knowledge and graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in Natural Resources Utilization and Conservation at the Czech University of Life Sciences. At EnviTrail, she primarily works on calculations in all scopes, collaborates on the development of subsidy titles for cities and municipalities, develops offset methodology and brings a lot of knowledge in the field of environmental impacts, mainly in the context of carbon sequestration.

She is focused on the calculation of the carbon footprint in Scope 3. She graduated from the University of Science and Technology in Engineering with a focus on Chemistry and Environmental Technology. Her master thesis dealt with the presence of heavy metals in plants. In parallel, she works for the non-profit sector addressing the health and environmental impacts of industrial pollution.

She graduated from the Faculty of Science of the Charles University and during her studies she worked on the transformation of Pb metallurgical ash in soils. In her free time she is involved in environmental and cultural projects in Beroun, where she lives with her family.

She studied sociology in Hradec Králové and environmental studies at MUNI. During her studies she started to work on project management of grant projects in the EU with a focus on environmental innovation and startups. Her biggest hobbies are crime reading and crime podcasts.

He graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and then went on to complete an MBA with a focus on business and economics. Instead of his interest in economics, he later turned to topics such as renewable resources, minimalism and sustainability
