The EnviTrail team consisting of Lukáš Ferkl and Eva-Žofie Hlinková went north to Škoda Transtech Oy, one of the most important Finnish manufacturers of rolling stock.
The tram had to be measured on site. And why? Because it is in cooperation with Škoda Transtech Oy that we will be calculating the life cycle impacts (LCA) of the tram and creating the environmental declaration of the product. The company will thus know the LCA of the product and its impacts, which will enable it, for example, to bid for state or foreign contracts in tenders.
