Lucie works at EnviTrail as the Executive Director.
She ensures that all colleagues at EnviTrail have what they need to fulfill their work missions. In addition to operational and financial management, she contributes her insights and experience to other areas as well, particularly in EnviTrail’s business activities and in communicating its main ideas and goals. The biggest goal is to help companies find and see sustainability as a business opportunity through a technical and direct approach.
Under her leadership, the company has grown very dynamically and gained dozens of clients, such as Packeta / Zásilkovna, Omnicom Media Group, Sans Souci, Mesa Parts, Kooperativa, Linet, Prusa Research, or ČSOB.
Lucie Siskosová
CEO
Lukáš is the CTO and expert consultant at EnviTrail.
Lukáš is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, specializing in Technical Cybernetics. His career path led him from founding Feramat Energies, a company focused on data analytics in the energy sector, through leading the ČVUT UCEEB research institute, to founding EnviTrail, where as CTO, he deals with ESG and carbon footprint calculations for small and large clients, such as ČSOB or Škoda Auto. He has experience in team leadership and managing complex projects.
Lukáš Ferkl
Managing Partner
She focuses on life cycle assessment (LCA) and product carbon footprint calculations.
She graduated from the University of Chemistry and Technology (VŠCHT) with a focus on industrial ecology and toxicology. During her master’s studies, she focused on assessing the environmental impacts of implementing selected emission reduction technologies beyond the best available techniques (BAT) at solid fuel sources.
In her free time, she enjoys engaging in sports activities and spending time in nature with her family or friends.
Eva-Žofie Bergmannová
LCA Team Lead
She graduated from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (VŠCHT) with a degree in Chemical Technology and from the University of Lorraine in Nancy with a degree in Process Engineering for Energy and the Environment. At EnviTrail, you will meet Anna in projects focused on corporate carbon footprint calculation, environmental indicator assessments for non-financial reporting, and climate policy development. She is the team leader of the consulting team that assesses the carbon footprint of companies.
Anna Kloužková
Climate Change Team Lead
He specializes in ESG reporting and promoting the topic of sustainability.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University in Brno, he gained work experience in both the public administration and the business sector. In recent years, he has focused on sustainability and innovation in the automotive industry.
Petr Ondráček
ESG Team Lead
At EnviTrail, she builds relationships with clients and partners and is responsible for developing business strategies.
A graduate of VOŠE and OA Kollárova in Prague, she gained her experience in trade and the environment primarily through nearly six years of work in leading certification companies, as well as through courses and personal certifications.
Kateřina Dalecká
Business Team Lead
Working in a sales team is about a high level of erudition in addition to the practical application of good business skills. Therefore, he always tries to know as much as possible about all the topics offered by the company, which allows him to deal cross-sectionally with most of the entities on the Czech market.
He holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the Faculty of Science of the Charles University and still teaches at the faculty, including topics related to carbon footprint, LCA and ESG. Subsequently, he worked his way through positions at the Ministry of the Environment and the Academy of Sciences. I then went on to work in both business and technical roles at a US corporation, where water treatment and management was a central theme. He was also involved in grant consultancy.
He has extensive business and environmental experience. At EnviTrail, he specializes in conveying quality information to clients and then establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships. The aim is then to improve the environmental performance of companies while streamlining internal processes leading to financial savings through tools based on sustainability principles.

She graduated from VŠCHT with a degree in Environmental Engineering and Analysis. At EnviTrail she focuses on working with data in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and calculating the carbon footprint of products.
Miroslava Česká
Consultant
She graduated from the Faculty of Environmental Technology at the University of Technology in Prague.
During her studies, she started working in the non-profit sector on environmental pollution problems and the impact of chemicals on health. At EnviTrail, she works on calculating the carbon footprint of companies.
Valeriya Grechko
Senior Consultant
At Envitrail, he is involved in project management – especially in the management of ongoing projects.
Graduate of the Faculty of Science at Palacký University in Olomouc. In her previous position, she was involved in the preparation, coordination and management of research projects at the University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings of the Czech Technical University in Prague.
Eliška Horynová
Project Manager
He graduated from the industrial school in Pilsen with a focus on power electrical engineering and gained professional experience in the field of energy, maintenance and environment in manufacturing companies.
In the period 2011-2013 he worked in the automotive industry mainly as an energy engineer, as well as a building manager and environmental specialist. At Envitrail, he is dedicated to the decarbonisation of companies and is also able to provide technical advice with a focus on savings in the aforementioned areas.
Alexandr Chytil
Energy Specialist
She graduated from the Faculty of Science of the Charles University and during her studies she worked on the transformation of lead (Pb) metallurgical ash in soils. In her free time she is involved in environmental and cultural projects in Beroun, where she lives with her family.
Radka Kovářová
ESG Consultant
She studied sociology in Hradec Králové and environmental studies at MUNI. During her studies she started to work on project management of grant projects in the EU with a focus on environmental innovation and startups. Her biggest hobbies are crime reading and crime podcasts.
Kateřina Lorencová
Consultant & Project Manager
After an adventurous time during his undergraduate studies in the world of chemical engineering at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering at VŠCHT in Prague and an inspiring semester at KTH (Royal Technical University) during his Erasmus stay in Stockholm, Sweden. He is now exploring the world of sustainability and circular economy at the Faculty of Environmental Technology at VŠCHT.
Václav Picka
Consultant
Lea graduated from the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, but then decided to broaden her knowledge and graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in Natural Resource Utilization and Conservation at the Czech University of Life Sciences. At EnviTrail, she primarily focuses on calculations in all scopes, collaborates on the development of subsidy titles for cities and municipalities, develops offset methodology and brings a lot of knowledge in the field of environmental impacts, mainly in the context of carbon sequestration.
Lea Svobodová
Climate Mitigation Specialist
Graduate of Environmental Technology at the University of Chemical Technology. Industrial environmental pollution is her main career topic. In her research position at the Czech University of Agriculture, Hanka focused on the removal of toxic metals from contaminated water and soil. In the last few years she has been involved in project management in addition to research.

He graduated in Applied Ecology at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. At EnviTrail he focuses on the calculation of carbon footprint at the level of all scopes.
Petr Tomáš
Consultant
She graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague and the University of Kassel in Germany with a focus on communication and communication technology.
Before joining EnviTrail, she was involved in the preparation and coordination of research projects (including international ones) at the University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings (UCEEB) of the Czech Technical University in Prague.
