We are looking for a sustainability consultant

We are EnviTrail. Professionals in everything related to sustainability reporting.

We are looking for someone who would like to join our team of passionate consultants.

Who are we looking for?

We would like someone with years of experience in sustainability. But since we are in a field that is just emerging, we will be thrilled if you have at least a few years of post-graduate work experience. We will probably want to meet you in person if you can show us in your CV that you are familiar with these areas:

➡️ Environmental and sustainability legislation:

  • Experience with reporting and greenhouse gas emission reporting according to the GHG Protocol or ISO standards.
  • Familiarity with European and national legislation, especially related to sustainable development, environmental protection, and climate change (ESRS standards), at least in part E1.

➡️ Project management:

  • Ability to manage complex projects from design to implementation, including planning, resource management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with project tools such as Freelo, Trello, or other similar tools.

➡️ Innovative thinking and ability to bring new ideas:

  • Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in the area of sustainability and ESG.
  • Orientation in new trends and technologies in the field of sustainable development.

What will you do at EnviTrail?

You will work on a team led by one of our senior consultants and, depending on the extent of your previous experience, coordinate a project or parts of it for selected clients.

You will also be collecting data for carbon footprint calculations. Analyzing and working with text or extensive spreadsheets will definitely be part of your daily routine. The final stage is writing the final report and presenting the results to the client..

Therefore, you will need analytical skills, as you will be working with large amounts of data, and it will be up to you to identify key trends and make conclusions and recommendations from them. You will be working with Excel and Power BI.

You will also need really good communication skills, the ability to clearly and convincingly present results and recommendations to clients and management. You will have to clearly convey complex technical information to both technically and non-technically oriented audiences. You will often work in English.

The work is varied, and usually, everyone works on several projects at once; flexibility and the ability to prioritize will be useful. Likewise, studies in economics or a technical background (ČVUT, VŠCHT, etc.) will come in handy.

And what does EnviTrail offer you besides a salary?

A very nice team and supervisors. Our management is based on extraordinary trust, which requires a great deal of independence in return. However, this never means that you won’t receive adequate training or that others won’t listen to and help you. We really pull together as one team!

In addition, you can start polishing your English right after joining, go on a team-building trip with us, or use the Multisport card. EnviTrail also strongly supports the idea that each member develops their expertise somewhat independently according to their strengths. The choice of professional conferences and workshops is up to you.

We will discuss further details with you in person over coffee at our office in Nové Butovice.
