ESG advice and training

  • We prepare educational workshops on ESG (legislation, sustainability strategy development, reporting process, etc.) for company management and their employees, institutions and non-profit organizations.
  • We offer support and advice in sub-areas of ESG (requirements in the customer-supply chain, legislative requirements, ESG reporting…).

ESG audit - scan

  • The initial “ESG scan” audit will help us get a feel for the needs and status of ESG issues in the company to prepare a tailored service offering so that the client pays a fair price and can prepare for an efficient and seamless ESG report.
  • During the workshop, we will explain ESG reporting and current legislative requirements to company management and selected company experts.
  • We will highlight the risks and opportunities arising from the implementation of ESG standards and explain the process of data collection and processing.

Dual Significance Analysis

  • We will help the client through impact, risk and opportunity analysis to select significant (material) sustainability themes and develop a matrix of dual materiality (significance).
  • Together with the client, we select key stakeholders and propose the most appropriate way for a “stakeholder dialogue”.
  • We will assign the relevant ESRS standard categories to the themes arising from the double significance analysis to produce an ESG report and set up the data collection process in areas E, S and G.

ESG strategy

Based on a double materiality analysis with the client, we formulate an ESG strategy and set strategic objectives, relevant indicators and a process for monitoring them

ESG reporting

  • Compilation and analysis of relevant data for areas E, S and G and production of technical annex in accordance with ESRS standards.
  • Drafting the text of the non-financial report for the relevant period.
  • Identification of communication topics.
  • Preparation of a GAP analysis and recommendations to supplement data collection, documents and policies to meet the legislative requirements under the CSRD.
  • Preparation of methodology for data collection and processing for ESG reporting in the coming years.
